I go here almost daily on my lunch break. Always friendly! Food is always good! Never a long wait.

Fast service and good food. Great for a quick lunch.

$23 8 pieces of chicken 2 sides that were filled 1/2 way if that. Chicken was over cooked, potatoes were chunky and awful tasting.. I have lived in this area for over 22 years I've gone there now maybe 5 times hasn't changed. Will never go back!..Stay far away...Not worth it!

It seems to depend on the staff that's working. There is a young man that's been there a long time and we always know we'll get great service if he's there but other times not so much. The last time we went there we stood at the counter for a few minutes with no workers in sight. The food was really good this time though, it isn't always.

They really need to learn to use a thermometer or a timer, chicken was dried out even with dressing it was hard to chew and swallow it was so overcooked.

Extremely rude manager during lunch. Actually yelled and screamed at another customer. I understand she may have a hard day but to treat a paying customer that way is unbelievable.

Best place for a healthy quick meal! Love their chicken, chicken noodle soup and the mashed potatoes! Best thing is they still take expired coupons! Coupons come weekly in the newspaper

I've been to plenty of Yaya's and this one is by far the worst. Been here four times now and the amount of food they give you compared to other Yaya's is laughable. Will not be going here again.

I used to eat YAYA'S chicken 2 or 3 times a week back in the 90's, and I loved it. But now, the last couple of times I tried it, the chicken was dry and tasteless. It's definitely not what it used to be, and it's very overpriced!

They were out of honey butter of all things, and they never let me know that they were out and yet we were still charged for it despite not getting any. We got normal butter instead and they never said a word.

YAYA’S has been one of my favorite healthy alternative places to eat instead of burgers & fries for years now, but with that being said they need more choices on the menu...now I rather give Panera Bread a few more dollars & the food is better.

It was ok nothing exciting lots of other choices in the area. Workers are friendly.

The chicken was well cooked and flavored but not dry, and the mashed potatoes are well seasoned and made from real potato's and marks customer service was top tier. I will gladly be back!

I have been coming for years and will never be back! Shredded Chicken is more like saw dust powder...so gross. The most pathetic chicken sandwich ever! I got my mom the Chicken Caesar which used to be a fresh breast off the grill was dry and all brown. Salad was soggy and croutons were mush. Yuck yuck waste of 17.00$

Went here on my lunch break today just out of curiosity. Someone already indicated what i'm about to say. I live right by the Dort Hwy. location, which I love, and went to the Grand Blanc one today because I'd read previous reviews on the disparity in amount of food given. The photos below are of the difference in the cold-shredded honey wheat wrap; the right being Dort Hwy., left being GB. Needless to say, I prefer the right, don't ruin YaYa's integrity!!! But, the food was good. I love YaYa's.

Chicken Caesar salads used to be so good here, but in past few months about half the chicken and the takeout container is only about half full. Even the lettuce tonight tasted like it wasn’t fresh. Our worst experience ever here. We’ve been regular customers for over 10 years but we will likely be looking elsewhere.

Please read. This review is not about employees. They were amazing. The customer service was awesome. That being said, the food....was terrible. I was with a friend who worked at yayas for 7 years and knew what was good and bad. My 2 piece dark meat dinner was terrible. Please change.

I have been eating at YAYA’s for years now. I am disappointed that the chicken salad was so light on the chicken and heavy on the iceberg. The salad was like a bag salad. And the salad dressing used to be homemade and now it has high fructose corn syrup in it and it’s terrible for you. Making salad dressing is not that hard or expensive. It probably costs more to package and process the dressing you are using. I just felt like the salad was a rip off and that it’s is no longer a healthy fast food option. I don’t mind paying up to $10 for a salad that is worth it but this was not.

Their chicken salad is ridiculous! We used to get food here regularly.. the last time I got the salad it was barely and lettuce and about 2 ounces of chicken. I wrote it off to just being a bad experience. Well, a couple months later and the same exact thing.

We like YaYa’s for a quick take out. Look for the coupons in the mail for the best deals for the BOGO got free. I’ve always had a good experience here and like the sides offered with the meal. This is a flame broiled meal so the thinner parts of the chicken can be dry your best bet is to ask for a piece right off the broiler otherwise if they are slow it may come from the warmer therefore a drier piece of chicken. The thighs and wings in my opinion are the tastiest pieces.

Expensive compared to other fast-food, but if you like the taste of middle Eastern cuisine, and need fast food to go, YaYa's is worth it.

Worst service of all the Ya Ya's. They really need to learn how to listen to their customers. The guy waiting on me asked what I wanted and I said "Shredded Chicken Salad, peta on the side and a drink to go." A different guy went to ring up the order, the man waiting on me said I wanted a shredded chicken sandwich. I corrected them both and repeated my order. They gave me the salad but not the peta bread!!!! I didn't realize until I got home which is a 40 minute drive. Wow, just wow.

We ordered carry out and the meal was hot and fresh. A healthier option than regular fried chicken.

I always like their food... however one time we went there 45 MI it's prior to closing and they had no food left. When asked why they didn't have food, they said they were not making more because they were closing in one hour. Not sure why you stay open then.

I just ordered a chicken salad for lunch and there is barely any chicken on it. The chicken that is on my salad is crumbed and dry as if it were old (which I am pretty sure it probably is). I’m not impressed with the food or the service. Almost $7 for a to-go container full of lettuce. What a joke !

I only ate hear once. It was ok, servers were not exactly happy to take orders, but this was over a year ago.I hear from friends about much worse visits so I'm only speaking from my own experience but I'm not wanting to go again honestly, mainly because chicken is bland along with salad and bread that I can make better myself.

The manager Typhanie always gives her customer's service with a smile. The food is amazing and it's one of the only places I can sit down and eat a clean and healthy meal. As a fitness guru, I love it!
